On Saturday, Loudoun County wrapped up another title, this one the AA Dulles District tournament championship hosted by Park View. Once again, the Raiders squared off with Heritage and for the third time in four matches this season, Loudoun County won in three games, this time by 25-22, 25-21, 25-14. (The other time the teams squared off this season, it was a night to remember for the Pride.)

Loudoun County and Heritage both move on to the Region II tournament. The Raiders have a first-round bye and will host the winner of Tuesday's Millbrook-Fluvanna match on Thursday night in a regional semifinal. The Pride will play at Western Albemarle on Tuesday at 7 p.m. If the Pride advances, a match at Sherando awaits on Thursday.

Meantime, Stone Bridge will open play in the Northern Region tournament on Monday at 7 p.m. by hosting Washington and Lee. If the Bulldogs win, they would host a match on Tuesday at 7 p.m. (yes, after the polls close) against either West Springfield or Centreville. Centreville will host the semifinals and final on Thursday and Saturday.

The Bulldogs also picked up more honors over the weekend, with Lily Vera and Lindsay Gill being named to the All-Northern Region first team and Sarah Norton to the second team.
